Quick Summary (Plain-English)

  • Handmade & Unique: Every product is custom-built in the USA. Expect small variations — that’s the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.

  • Orders & Payment: Pay before we start. Custom orders can’t be refunded once production begins.

  • Shipping: We ship from Montana. Delivery times vary; we’re not responsible for carrier delays.

  • Warranty & Liability: We stand behind our workmanship. We’re not responsible for misuse, reckless operation, or “stupidity.” Off-road use is at your own risk.

  • Intellectual Property: Our designs and logos are ours. Don’t copy, resell, or claim them as your own.

  • Licensing: You can use our designs on physical items (shirts, mugs, stickers, etc.) and POD platforms — but not sell digital files or wholesale. Always add your own creative touch.

  • What’s Not Allowed: No selling digital files, no reselling design elements, no logos/branding, no unlawful use.

General Use

  • All products are handmade in Montana, USA, using custom fabrication techniques.

  • Because each item is individually crafted, no two products are exactly alike — slight differences in finish, dimensions, or detailing are part of the unique character of handmade work.

  • Designs created using CAD and CNC plasma cutting are based on customer specifications; accuracy depends on the information provided.

  • These variations are not considered defects but a reflection of the craftsmanship and individuality of each build.

Orders & Payment

  • Payment is required before fabrication begins.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production starts.

  • Prices may change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship from Montana, USA.

  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays or rural connectivity issues.

Warranty & Liability

  • Products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship.

  • Over Kill Kustoms is not liable for misuse, improper installation, unsafe modifications, or reckless operation.

  • Customers assume responsibility for safe installation and operation. Off-road and automotive use carries inherent risks.

  • Liability does not extend to damages caused by negligence, carelessness, or failure to follow instructions.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content belong to Over Kill Kustoms.

  • No reproduction or resale without written consent.

Licensing Terms

Physical Products

  • You may use our designs on physical items (shirts, mugs, signs, stickers, etc.).

  • Items can be sold worldwide, but no wholesale or third-party sales.

  • Digital copies of designs cannot be included with physical products.

  • License is non-exclusive (others may use the designs too).

Digital Products

  • You may create digital items (invitations, presentations) using our designs.

  • Selling digital files with our designs is prohibited.

  • Files must be flattened (JPEG/PDF) to prevent extraction.

  • Add your own creative elements to make products unique.

  • Digital products must not compete directly with our original designs.

Print-on-Demand (POD)

  • You may use our designs on POD platforms.

  • Must add significant new creative elements.

  • Designs cannot be sold in original form; they must be part of a new product.

What’s Not Allowed

  • Selling or sharing digital files of our designs.

  • Reselling design elements individually or in other formats.

  • Using designs in logos/brand symbols.

  • Distributing files for free.

  • Claiming designs as your own (copyright/trademark).

  • Wholesale or third-party sales.

  • Using designs for unlawful, pornographic, or defamatory purposes.

  • Selling builds of our designs (personal use only).

General Licensing

  • Products are licensed, not sold.

  • You receive non-exclusive rights as outlined above.

  • All other rights remain with Over Kill Kustoms
